Απειρος Γαια – Μουσική της Ηπειρου (Music of Ipiros)
by Napoleon Damos / Ναπολεων Δάμος
Twelfe simple pieces of music from Ipiros. How come this CD still figures here, you might ask. The reason is that playing music from Ipiros is not at all that simple. There are lots of great musicians and still, many of them (even well known ones) do big mistakes with the rhytm of songs, changing their style this way. This CD was judged according to a musicologist as one of the best examples and the most authentic way of playing music from Ipiros. Enjoy!
